Mini si affianca quindi a Pitti e agli altri sponsor, L’Uomo Vogue, GQ Italia e Lagente, ospitando all’interno dello spazio Mini in Fortezza le collezioni di una selezione di talentuosi designer internazionali che innovano il concetto di menswear.
Fra loro un italiano che vive a Londra da ormai 18 anni, Carlo Volpi, che ci ha entusiasmato per il suo knitwear colorato.

For our third video from the latest edition of Pitti Immagine in Florence, we went and discovered The Latest Fashion Buzz, talking with Christian Lattuada, head of PR and communications for Mini, one of the sponsors of this project.
Mini joined Pitti and L’Uomo Vogue, GQ Italy and Lagente to sponsor it, but the Mini Space at Fortezza da Basso also hosted the collections of a selection of talented international designers who innovate the concept of menswear.
Among them an Italian who has been living in London for 18 years, Carlo Volpi, who impressed us with his colorful knitwear.

Eccoci arrivati al secondo video che racconta il nostro percorso all’ultima edizione di Pitti, questa volta incontriamo due personaggi che a me stanno molto a cuore, perché rappresentano due marchi che amo.
Da una parte Pringle of Scotland, la tradizione nel knitwear che si è saputa rinnovare e diventare qualcosa di elettrizzante e cool, dall’altra un marchio giovane, ma che ha scelto il made in Italy, pur essendo straniero, la qualità e la ricerca, come 5 Preview.
Ho intervistato il creative director di Pringle, Massimo Nicosia, uomo di cultura e fascino, che ascolterei per ore, e Emeli Mårtensson, direttore creativo di 5 Preview, altrettanto interessante per la visione precisa del mercato e del target di riferimento. Insomma, due bei momenti che vi invito a vedere con me!

Here we are at the second video that tells our presence at the last edition of Pitti, this time we meet two designers who are very dear to me, because they represent two brands that I love.
On one hand we have Pringle of Scotland, the tradition in knitwear that has been able to renew itself and become something exciting and cool, on the other a younger brand, but who chose the made in Italy, despite being a foreigner, the quality and research, such as 5 Preview.
I interviewed the creative director of Pringle, Massimo Nicosia, a man of culture and charm, whom I would listen for hours, and Emeli Mårtensson, creative director of 5 Preview, equally interesting for her precise vision of the market and the target audience. In short, two beautiful moments that I invite you to live again with me!

Ci siamo divertiti, a questa 89° edizione di Pitti Uomo, a raccontarvi live i nostri incontri, o almeno alcuni di essi, e ci avete seguito su Instagram.

Ma non potevamo certo fermarci ad una sola battuta.
Amiamo, lo sapete bene, l’approfondimento, il racconto della moda, per cui vi sveleremo qualcosina in più dei personaggi che siamo passati a salutare nei loro stand a Fortezza da Basso.
In questo primo video incontriamo Augusto Romano, Ceo di Meltin’ Pot, brand italiano di denim, molto noto nel mondo; Fabio Di Nicola, designer e docente di moda, e amico di webelieveinstyle dagli inizi, con un suo nuovo progetto; Luca Cornelio Lovato di Kjore Project, altro marchio che sentiamo molto affine; Stefano Ughetti di Camo, già finalista di ‘Who’s on next?’ Uomo.

We had fun, during this 89th edition of Pitti Uomo, in showin’ you live our meetings, or at least some of them, and you have followed our live chats on instagram.

But we could not stop at just one line of conversation. We love, as you well know, to go deep inside each topic, the story behind the fashion world, so we’ll reveal a little more of the people and the brands that we went and greet at their spaces at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence.
