La sua sfilata è una delle più attese durante la settimana della moda maschile a Milano e una delle più apprezzate. L’uomo che propone ammicca sempre ad un immaginario rock, come spesso sono musicisti i protagonisti delle sue campagne, non a caso la boutique al 315 Bowery di New York è nello spazio che un tempo ospitava lo storico club CBGB, regno della musica underground. Tutto questo però non distrae dalla qualità dei capi, anche quando sembrano vissuti, quasi a voler raccontare una storia, dall’amore per una sartorialità rilassata, da uno stile che sposa un certo immaginario ‘on the road’ con aspetti più europei, nella cura per i tessuti e per i dettagli.
Amo molto lo stile JOHN VARVATOS. E sono onorato che il designer mi abbia regalato i suoi IN & OUT per la nostra consueta rubrica.

His show is always one of the most popular and loved of Milan men’s fashion week. His man often winks at the rock world and style, musicians are often the main protagonists of his ad campaigns, not coincidentally the boutique at 315 Bowery in New York is in the space that housed once the famous CBGB club, in the past the place to go for underground music.
